Today, Kevin serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Software Architect. Andrea Winter began her career with formal training in industrial business administration and further advanced her expertise by earning a certification as a business management specialist.

She brings extensive experience across finance, controlling, digital transformation, process optimization, and sales operations. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong track record in managing business performance, overseeing financial functions, and ensuring operational efficiency through effective controlling.

Andrea has also played a key role in analyzing and optimizing internal processes while strengthening sales operations from an operational perspective.

As Executive VP Data & Analytics, she combines her broad business expertise with a data-driven mindset, enabling a holistic approach to managing and scaling the organization.

Gunter Axmann began his career with formal training in insurance and further advanced his expertise by earning a professional certification in insurance management. He is currently pursuing a degree in Finance & Banking, strengthening his foundation in financial strategy and markets.

He expanded his experience as a Business Analyst, where he applied strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. He then built extensive hands-on experience in sales, developing a proven track record in client relationship management, negotiation, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

In his advisory work, Gunter demonstrated the ability to translate complex financial and insurance concepts into clear, actionable solutions tailored to client needs. Today, as Executive Vice President of Sales, he leads the sales organization, defines strategic direction, and plays a key role in driving the company’s growth. His combination of analytical depth and commercial execution makes him a strong leader in building and scaling revenue.

Peter Schweiger brings a multidisciplinary background and broad expertise across several domains. He began his career as an agricultural technical assistant, establishing a strong practical foundation early on. He later pursued studies in Digital Leadership and Communication, deepening his understanding of modern leadership principles and effective communication strategies.

His professional experience spans fields such as chemistry and microbiology, giving him a strong grasp of technical and scientific processes. Over time, he developed strengths in team leadership, operational efficiency, and organizational management. He also brings experience in business strategy, operations, and sales.
